Our teams are available 7days a week and 24 hours a day to assist you with new product engineering, prototyping on design. Our engineering adopted international advanced system - CAD/CAM/CAE in design and producing.
We use professional software such as UG, Pro-E, Solidworks , CATIA etc.
Clients provide image of 2D or 3D in DXF, DWG, X_T, IGES, STEP format etc, or just send us the sample. We will scan the sample and make product blueprint, start mould design after client’s confirmation.
We will run a very detail project evaluation at beginning and offer a DFM report to customer further discussion, considering detail items about the mold design, part design improvement etc.
Then find a good solution which makes customer most satisfied,also we will provide full 3D mold image and 2D mold layout for customer's approval.We will offer tested nice samples to customer's final approval.
At the same time, we also can provide moulds all alone according to customer's requirements, such as DME, HASCO standard, customers can produce independently.
